Product Page Returns

We gladly accept unworn, undamaged statement pieces purchased at full price, or items with manufacturing defects, for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for approval:

• Region: The order must have been shipped to an address in the U.S. or Canada. We are currently unable to accept international returns from other regions.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all ỌKỤ packaging (velvet pouches and boxes) included.
• Defects: If an item arrives damaged, please initiate your request within the 14-day window with photographic evidence.
• Process: Returns must be initiated via help@wearoku.com and approved before shipping. Items returned without prior approval or via non-trackable methods are not eligible for processing.
• Final Sale: Pieces marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during limited sample drops are ineligible for return or exchange.
