RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Policy

We want you to love your ỌKỤ statement pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your items.

Eligibility & Regions

  • Location: We currently only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada. We are unable to process international returns from other countries at this time.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Packaging: All original ỌKỤ packaging (velvet pouches and boxes) must be included.
  • Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a limited sample sale are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email help@wearoku.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Photos: For damaged or faulty items, please include clear photos of the jewelry and the packaging.
  3. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Condition Check: ỌKỤ reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not comply with our return conditions. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order. Because our collections are released in limited releases, we cannot guarantee that a specific item will remain in stock for an exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Manufacturing Faults: If you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, ỌKỤ will provide a prepaid shipping label to correct the mistake at no cost to you.
